If you're looking for a used diff make sure you get the right ratio, your XF SV8 has a 3.07:1 which was only used in the XF SV8, S-Type 2.7 diesel auto, and the 3.5L X350 XJ8.
You won't find a S-Type 2.7 diesel auto or 3.5L X350 XJ8 in North America. But they were available in the UK, EU, and pretty much the rest of the world.
If you want to change the ratio (because a 3.31 will be easier to find) then the car needs to be reprogrammed, and a dealer won't do this for you, even though he has the necessary tools to do it. It's not impossible you just need to know the right people, I don't know anyone in your neck of the woods unfortunately.
If you're going to swap ratio's then a cheaper and I feel more bulletproof solution is the diff and driveshafts from the 4.0L V8 S-Type, and it already has the 3.31's in it, and a regular Ford 8.8" 28-spline LSD will bolt straight in. You can see the differences between the Gen1 & Gen2 in the Overview of Jag Differentials thread.
